Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and add curd, add Tandoori masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and Tandoori colour kasoori methi and oil mix well

* Step 2

Add paneer pieces and marinate for 15 mins.

* Step 3

Meanwhile cut capsicum and onion into square pieces

* Step 4

You can use either a tandoor, oven, stove or grill to bake the paneer. Bake until it’s golden brown.

* Step 5

Similarly bake the capsicum and onions.

* Step 6

Once it’s baked place the paneer, capsicum and onion on top of each other with the help of a tooth pick.

* Step 7

Note-Take all ingredients as per your paneer pieces.
