California Farm Chicken Tortilla with Lizano Style Salsa
A half pound chicken leg mixed with vegetables and nuts makes six chicken dinner portions when you use Lizano style salsa, you taste the chicken in every bite in this recipe. Great weekday meal.

Black beans overnight, 1/2 hour cook.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Airfry frozen chicken leg 18 minutes at 450 degrees, debone, chop, mix with cup of lizano sauce, panfry with onion, peppers, nuts, keep warm
* Step 2
Toast premade frozen blue corn masa tortillas 15 minutes in oven at 350 F degrees to make crispy and brittle tostadas, keep warm
* Step 3
Simmer 1 cup black beans overnight in 4 cups water with Tsp each coriander, garlic, salt. Drain, keep warm. Grate 6 Tbs fresh cheese.
* Step 4
Serve dinner family style, every body builds their own tortilla
* Step 5
Build your tortilla as follows: put warm tortilla first, lettuce on top, warm black beans on top
* Step 6
Grated cheese on top, warm chicken/onion/pepper/nut mix on top, tomatoes on top
* Step 7
Top with Greek yoghurt, lizano sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro
