Baked Fish

Ingredient

11/2 ounces

butter

2 tablespoons

water

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/4 teaspoon

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove fins from fish clean and dry

* Step 2

Place in dish pour water and lemon juice over fish.

* Step 3

Sprinkle onion salt pepper and bread crumbs

* Step 4

Drop pieces of butter on fish

* Step 5

Bake about 30 minutes according to thickness.
