Ingredient

6 teaspoons

cornstarch

1 cup

milk

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

baking powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat egg yolks add cornstarch dissolved in little milk add rest of milk and salt

* Step 2

Beat egg whites stiff add baking powder

* Step 3

Blend all together

* Step 4

Pour into hot iron skillet with butter bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350 oven

* Step 5

Chopped crispy bacon may be used in omelet
