Baked eggs in cream

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break eggs into individual buttered ramekins cover eggs with tablespoon cream

* Step 2

Place in pan of hot water set in a 375 oven

* Step 3

Bake slowly about 10 minutes

* Step 4

Serve with hot buttered toast

* Step 5

Grated cheese may be added.
