Cinnamon rolls

Ingredient

1 cup

warm milk

1 teaspoons

salt

2 tablespoons

sugar

4 tablespoons

butter

1 package

yeast

1 teaspoons

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place milk salt sugar in bowl blend

* Step 2

Add yeast and half of flour mix

* Step 3

Add remaining flour and currants knead

* Step 4

Cover let rise 2 to 3 hours till double in size

* Step 5

Knead

* Step 6

Roll to 1/2 inch thick

* Step 7

Brush with melted butter

* Step 8

Top with cinnamon sugar mix

* Step 9

Roll like a jelly roll

* Step 10

Cut in 1 inch slices

* Step 11

Place on baking sheet brush with melted butter

* Step 12

Let rise 1 hour

* Step 13

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
