Butter Chicken Pizza on Naan
Another recipe that was converted to make our own. I made the naan bread myself. Added some ingredients to customize to our taste. Hope you like my version. Hint is to really make naan in perhaps two batches. Freeze several pieces once baked and cooled. Thaw out a few when wanted and they still taste like freshly baked!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the naan bread several hours before starting recipe. When they are ready you will use 6 naan.
* Step 2
Add salt and cayenne to chicken before cooking. Over medium heat, cook chicken until no longer pink.
* Step 3
Add in jar of butter chicken sauce. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally so sauce doesn't burn on bottom of pot.
* Step 4
To assemble spoon chicken and sauce over each naan.
* Step 5
Sprinkle the cheese on top and then sliced onions. Repeat for all naan.
* Step 6
On large baking sheet bake the "pizzas" for 12-15 minutes. Just until cheese melts.
* Step 7
Top with parsley and serve.
