Ham and Pea Quiche
Let's face it, after large meals or holiday meals who wants to cook more. Or, what do you do with all the leftover ingredients? Quiche is a perfect vehicle for leftovers. This easy recipe utilizes a lot of leftover ingredients from holiday meals or that large family dinner. This recipe makes one deep dish ready made pie crust. Add your favorite or leftover veggies and meats! Just use the same amounts listed but use what meat and veg you have leftover. Now you have a completely new meal for another dinner or a nice brunch.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
* Step 2
In a large bowl add eggs, milk, flour and spices. Beat well.
* Step 3
Add all other ingredients. Mix well.
* Step 4
Place pie shell onto a baking sheet. Pour mixture into pie shell.
* Step 6
Let cool 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
