Chicken Taco Skillet
These are staples in my kitchen. Flavors that we adore. I make the meal and serve it so many different ways. In a tortilla bowl. Tortillas or rice on the side or lighter version over some lettuce. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice onions thinly. Set aside.
* Step 2
Slice chicken into thin strips. Sprinkle salt over both sides of chicken.
* Step 3
In a deep large pan heat oil over medium heat.
* Step 4
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. About five minutes.
* Step 5
Add onions, beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning and water. Mix well and cover. Cook for eight minutes.
* Step 6
To serve, just place in a large serving bowl. I love setting this up family style. Tortillas, rice are suggested side dishes. Cubed cheddar cheese, sour cream are also delicious on top of each serving.
