Delicious Cherry Sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large pot on medium-high heat, bring cherries, 2/3 cup water and sugar to boil.
* Step 2
Boil for two minutes, lower heat to medium.
* Step 3
In a small bowl mix cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water until mixed thoroughly leaving no lumps and add to cherries.
* Step 4
Cook several more minutes until thick.
* Step 5
Remove from heat and cool before using.
* Step 6
Use sauce cooled over cheesecake, ice cream or any dessert you wish.
