Baked Black Bean Tacos 🌮

Yummy 😋! Great for a potluck or a backyard party 🎉!!

Ingredient

1 pack (3 1/2 pounds)

Ground beef

10 cloves

garlic, minced

1 can (15.5 ounce)

Goya black beans, undrained

1 can (14.5 ounce)

diced tomatoes

1/8 teaspoon

black pepper

1/8 teaspoon

crushed red pepper

1/4 cup

cold water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place ground beef into a large pot and sauté until browned, draining any fat ……

* Step 2

Add to ground beef your chopped red pepper, onions and minced garlic, sauté until veggies are tender……

* Step 3

Next add in your taco seasoning, undrained black beans, diced tomatoes, black pepper, crushed red pepper and water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on low, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally……

Spray a large baking pan with canola oil cooking spray……

Place your tacos at the bottom of baking pan, using balled up aluminum foil to help them stand up if they can’t do it themselves ! 🤣

Spoon several spoonfuls of your ground beef into each taco shell, then top with shredded cheddar cheese……

Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted….

Garnish each taco with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and enjoy 😉!!!
