Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt
* Step 3
Make a hole in the center, add 3/4 cup of water, mix in circular motion
* Step 4
Add 1/4 cup of water, continue mixing
* Step 5
Let dough rest for 6minutes, dust with flour
* Step 6
Knead dough and smooth it out
* Step 7
Rub oil on top of dough, let rest for 30minutes
* Step 10
Add oil to pan and allow to heat up
* Step 11
Mold dough into whatever shape you desire, add into hot oil
* Step 13
Place on baking rack to drain oil
