Serrano ham sandwich on a baguette

The serrano ham I used for this sandwich I made it myself. I cured with salt for 8 days. I removed the salt and let it cure in refrigerator for 9 months.
For the sandwich I used homemade baguettes.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 3
In a bowl mix olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic.
* Step 4
Slice open a baguette lengthwise and spread the olive oil mix on both sides of the bread.
* Step 5
Cover the bottom side of the bread with lettuce, mozzarella cheese, serrano ham, and Manchego cheese.
* Step 6
Cover with the bread top portion.
* Step 7
Place toothpicks with inserted olives on top of the bread and cut the sandwich in portions.
