FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, ROASTED ROSEMARY POTATOES, HOT SALSA. JON STYLE

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

CHICKEN WINGS PREPARATION Cut the tips and discard. Cut at the joint separating into 2 parts. Mix the wings with the seasoning. Heat the oil for frying. Mix the flour with the salt and pepper. Coat the wings in the flour, egg and flour again. Fry until golden and crispy.

ROASTED POTATOES PREPARATION Cut the potatoes into sticks as for French fries. Add, mix with the rest of the seasonings and put them on a baking sheet drizzled with a little vegetable oil. Roast the potatoes in the oven at a temperature of 232 ֯ C. / 450 ֯   F, until golden brown .
