FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, ROASTED ROSEMARY POTATOES, HOT SALSA. JON STYLE

These chicken wings were very delicious and crispy. The chicken wings were seasoned, battered in egg, flour and fried.
I served them with rosemary baked potatoes and a hot sauce. You can see the salsa as I did it on my YouTube channel.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
CHICKEN WINGS PREPARATION
Cut the tips and discard. Cut at the joint separating into 2 parts.
Mix the wings with the seasoning.
Heat the oil for frying.
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper.
Coat the wings in the flour, egg and flour again. Fry until golden and crispy.
* Step 2
ROASTED POTATOES PREPARATION
Cut the potatoes into sticks as for French fries.
Add, mix with the rest of the seasonings and put them on a baking sheet drizzled with a little vegetable oil.
Roast the potatoes in the oven at a temperature of 232 ֯ C. / 450 ֯ F, until golden brown .

Serve fried chicken wings with roasted rosemary potatoes and hot salsa.
