Happy Hour 2: Jose Cuervo Especial Margarita

Who else misses sipping Margs on a hot summer day? I know I do. While Sunday brunching seems like a distant memory, I've recreated a classic Margarita recipe so that it pairs nicely with Margarita Macarons. Exactly how I like my summer brunch, strong and sweet!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
30 ml (2 tbsp)

Cointreau or Triple Sec

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Salt the outer rim of a glass and fill with ice. Put back in the freezer while making the cocktail.

* Step 2

Add Tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, 10 ml simple syrup (optional) to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake it up.

* Step 3

Strain into the cold glass and garnish with a wedge of lime. To pair with Margarita Macarons with Tequila Lime Curd Filling. Ay ay ay perfecto!
