Carrot halwa

Mouth watering desert with colorful nuts.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

45 mins
1 1/2 cup

sugar

1 cup

milk

2 tbsp

Cashew nuts

2 tbsp

Raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan take grated carrot and 4 tbsp ghee roast it for 20 mins in low flame.

* Step 2

Now after roasting carrot it melts to half quantity now add milk and let it boil for 15 mins in low flame.

* Step 3

Now add sugar,Cardamom powder,raisins,cashew nuts and let it boil for last 10 mins. Keep stirring continuously to not let it get burn. Now serve with ice cream of your choice.
