Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook sausage until browned to your liking, set aside. Add onions and peppers to same skillet. Add a pinch of salt (optional) and cook down 2 minutes. Add garlic and let cook for 1 minute, set aside. Add ground beef and add garlic powder & black pepper, cook until no longer pink.
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 350. Add beans to baking dish (I used a 9x13 pan), one drained one one un drained. Mix in jerk seasoning, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and thyme. Mix, and add cooker veggies & meats you put aside. Mix. Cook 50-60 minutes.
