Patatesli Yumurta 🥚🥔/ Kentang Telur

Kalau hari minggu adalah jatah PakSu nyiapin sarapan. Kalau resep asli patatesli yumurta biasanya hanya kentang dan telur, tp resep suami ditambah tomat dan bawang putih. Aroma bawang putih yg kuat di pagi hari semakin menambah selera perut keroncongan di pagi hari. Selamat Mencoba!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the potatos, onion, and tomato, then smash the garlic. Preheat the frying pan with oil, fry the diced potato. Setelah kentang layu masukkan bawang bombay.

Then add the mixed eggs./Aduk terus hingga bawang bombay layu, lalu masukkan tomat yang sudah dipotong dadu. Setelah tomat layu tambahkan lada hitam, garam, dan bawang putih. Kemudian masukkan telur yang sudah dicampur.
