Alhamdulillah berlebaran di negeri orang (walaupun bukan yg pertama kali) sebagai minoritas adalah pengalaman yg perlu disyukuri. Karena hari H ttp ngantor maka lontong opor sambal goreng pun dapat dimaklumi kalau terlewatkan. Tetap bersyukur dan Alhamdulillah setidaknya masakan dari pihak suami masih bs tersajikan di meja untuk lebaran.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean, wash all the vegetables, slice them thin like a coin. Prepare the tray, arrange the vegetables and kofte like a standing coins./Bersihkan, cuci semua sayuran, iris tipis-tipis seperti koin. Siapkan nampan, susun sayuran dan kofte seperti koin berdiri.

Mix the tomato paste, olive oil, oregano, salt, and hot water. Pour the tomato paste sauce at the top of the vegetable kofta./Campur pasta tomat, minyak zaitun, oregano, garam, dan air panas. Tuang saus pasta tomat di atas sayuran kofta.

Bake it for 50 minutes. Add the mozzarella as a topping once it is ready (optional)./Panggang selama 50 menit. Tambahkan mozzarella sebagai taburan setelah siap (opsional).
