Homemade Egg Tofus
Very simple homemade egg tofus :)
This is the recipe for the egg tofus. You can use the tofus in your soup, stir fry the tofus, or mix it in the salad.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Soya milk can be homemade or store bought soya milk. Prepare baking pan, layer it with baking paper and spray some oil on the surface.
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
* Step 3
Strain the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan
* Step 4
Prepare your steamer. Pls cover the lid with some kitchen towel. If you forget this step, the tofu will not be smooth and will have a lot of bubbles. I forgot this step :) steam for about 20-30 minutes until the tofu is set.
* Step 5
Done. If you keep it overnight in the fridge, the texture will be firmer. You can use this tofu for stir fry, soup etc.
* Step 6
I cut the tofu into cubes, fry it in hot oil until a bit brownish. And stir fry the tofu with mixed vegetables. Healthy and easy!
