Nyama choma (goat meat)

made and eaten Kenyan style 🇰🇪 we love nyama ya mbuzi! We usually make it on the grill but this was made in the oven. So moist, tender and delicious 😋 served with pili pili (serrano pepper) 🌶️

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinade the meat for 2hrs in the fridge

* Step 2

Once the oven is ready, wrap meat in aluminum foil with 2 tbs of butter. Bake for 1 hour 20 min

* Step 3

Check meat after one hour, remove foil and bake on the pan in the meat juice for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness

* Step 4

Enjoy with Pinot noir wine and my ugali na sukuma wiki recipe. You won’t regret it!
