Cheezy Egg-Stuffed Peppers

So, I had an idea to make for my roomate and see if it'd work before he gets home from his holiday trip! Let's make it!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

2 hr.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hollow out and lay the unstuffed bigger peppers upside down on a platter filled with flour...

* Step 2

Bake that at 375 for 30 minutes

* Step 3

While that bakes, cook 4 scrambled eggs (with milk) on stove top... put some chopped potato, onion, cheese and 3 small peppers inside eggs.

* Step 4

Take the peppers out of the oven and stuff the eggs and cheese into it.

* Step 5

Put the other 3 smaller peppers around it as decoration and present it! ENJOY!
