Gougères Cheese Puffs 芝士泡芙

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a pot, heat water, salt, and butter until melted.
* Step 3
Stir in flour until a dough ball is formed in pot.
* Step 4
Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs one at a time until evenly combined. Fold in cheese mixture and chives.
* Step 5
Divide dough into 1 inch balls. Arrange dough balls on lined baking sheet with approximately 1.5 inch spacing in between.
* Step 6
Bake 10 mins at 400F. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 20-25 mins until puff crust is crisp and golden brown.
