Dried Sage
I found by drying on the counter a few days to a partial dry it preserved the color and fragrance. My garden was crazy this year and we just hit winter so everything is coming up and I'm thinking of ways to preserve or use my crops

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Have your fresh sage dry on a flat surface for a couple days (I did 3 days)
* Step 3
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray
* Step 5
Spread even on cookie sheet
* Step 6
Bake 30 minutes (4500 ft elevation for me so it may take you longer), until the sage can crumble
* Step 7
Once cooled Store in airtight container or zip lock bag
