Butternut Squash Sweet Tooth

My momma used to make this all the time, passed down from her mom and now to me. Warning, super sweet.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

* Step 2

Spray or lightly grease baking dish

* Step 3

Cut squash in half, length wise

* Step 4

Clean out seeds

* Step 5

Add butter

* Step 6

Pack butter down

Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar

* Step 8

Pack down brown sugar

* Step 9

Add rest of brown sugar

* Step 10

Pack down brown sugar

Put in your baking dish

* Step 12

Put in oven

* Step 13

Bake until you can stick with a fork and it's soft and tender (depending on elevation and size of squash 35 minutes to 2 hours)

* Step 14

Serve, using the sauce to drizzle on top
