Crockpot Chicken Vegetable Soup

Crockpot Chicken Vegetable Soup

Optional: add noodles to this hearty soup but you need to cut back on amount of vegetables used to make room for the pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the raw veggies

* Step 2

Add broth the crockpot and heat on low

* Step 3

Discard the tops and ends of raw veggies or save for your family bunny rabbit

* Step 4

Dice raw celery and raw carrots into bite size pieces

* Step 5

Add to broth

* Step 6

Cook on low until carrots and celery are tender and cooked

* Step 7

While that's cooking away, discard cilantro and parsley that's cooked

* Step 8

Cut ends and stems off cooked celery and cooked carrots

* Step 9

Dice into bite size pieces

* Step 10

Set aside in a bowl

* Step 11

Dice ginger, onion into bite sizes

* Step 12

Put in bowl with others

* Step 13

Debone chicken, cut on bite sizes

* Step 14

After raw veggies are cooked add cooked veggies, chicken, peas

* Step 15

Stir

* Step 16

Dice chives

* Step 17

Add half of the chives and parsley to crockpot

* Step 18

Cook 1 to 2 hours more on low until frozen peas are cooked

* Step 19

Serve and garnish each bowl with chives
