Broccoli and Cauliflower Cream Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry 2 chopped onions with one tablespoon of of olive oil (add salt and pepper and a pinch of turmeric)
* Step 2
Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower (100g of broccoli & 100g of cauliflower) add them to the pot
* Step 3
Add one small chopped potatoe with two cups if hot water
* Step 4
Leave to boil for 15 - 20 minutes
* Step 5
Finally add 3 Tablespoons of fresh creme or milk powder after boiling time
* Step 6
Blend the ingredients together and it’s ready!
