I ♡ Garlic Burgers
A blend of ground beef and italian sausage and lots of garlic. I love garlic.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl mix together ground beef, Italian sausage, egg, and 2 cloves minced garlic.
* Step 2
Melt butter and stir in the other 1/2 clove of garlic, dill, and oregano, put in fridge to solidify.
* Step 3
Make four 1/2 pound pattys and cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through about 5-6 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Last minute add your cheese.
* Step 4
Meanwhile, spread a little of the garlic butter on your buns and toast in a dry skillet.
* Step 5
When building your burgers, first spread a bit more garlic butter on the buns, I top mine with tomato, onion, and a little tomato sauce or ketchup. Garlic aioli is good too if you need more garlic. Enjoy!
