Christmas Mint Cocoa
Made this for my wife when we got home christmas evening. This recipe is just for one mug, just heat as much milk as you need and go from there.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat milk in a sauce pan over medium heat, whisk in 2 tbsp cocoa and 2 tsp sugar.
* Step 2
Drop in the peppermint extract, taste occasionally with a spoon to test for taste and temperature. Adjust sugar and cocoa to taste.
* Step 3
When hot enough pour into a mug and add the peppermint stick and serve.
* Step 4
I would normally have a large scoop of whiped cream on top, but was out.
