Spicy chicken roast

Every now and then we all succumb to the life’s challenges.i am nothing better…last few days have been difficult at work.even though the mind was set to complete my week’s challenge..it was very challenging to get through..with no clear idea on what will be the outcome ,…I started my cooking for week 2 with whatever was there..chicken thigh was already bought..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind all ingredients under marination section to a fine paste.
* Step 2
Apply the paste to chicken pieces.marinate for 2 hrs.
* Step 3
Heat a pan.pour 4 tbsp of oil.once oil heats up..add chicken pieces around.cover with remaining marinade.cover and cook on Low heat.after 10 minutes,turn over and cook for ten minutes..keep moving the pieces in between without burning.
* Step 4
Add 1/4 cup of water.and cook well.once chicken is cooked well.keep the pan aside.heat a frying pan,and oil for shallow frying.once oil is hot,add the chicken pieces.frytill it turn brown.add the chicken pieces back to gravy.in the same oil slig fry the onions till translucent.fry curry leaves as well..add this to the chicken curry.mix well.cover and cook on Low flame for 5 minutes.serve hot.
