Raw papaya shallots,an easy curry for rice
I have seen my family using all available vegetables or fruits in your yard .it was very occasional we used to buy anything from shop.I guess onion,shallots and potatoes are the very few things that we used to buy .
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add sliced pappaya,onion,green chilli,turmeric powder,salt and adequate water into a pressure cooker.cook for 3-4 whistles.
* Step 2
Once pressure is done,open cooker and mash a bit.if water is more cook till it is reduced to required consistency.
* Step 3
Add curry leaves and pour oil on top.mix well.serve hot with rice.
