Vegetable stir fry

A quick spicy vegetable stir fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a sauce pan fill 3/4 with water and bring to boil.add salt.add broccoli florets,cauliflower,carrot and corn.cook till it is enough to be pierced by a fork.remove the vegetables from water and keep in a bowl with ice cubes.add sliced pepper to the same sauce pan and boil for a minute.remove peppers from boiling water and place to the bowl with other vegetables into the ice.after few minutes,remove from ice and keep vegetables aside.

In a bowl mix all ingredients for sauce and keep aside.in a large pan heat a spoon on oil and add chilli and garlic.when it turns aromatic,add the sauce and boil for a minute.add vegetables and mix well and cover and cook for a minute or till gravy thicken.

Serve hot with your rice or pasta.
