Water cress onion curry
This is my own recipe…in my childhood my grand Ma used to make a curry with hogweed..the tastes still lingers in my tongue..as time passed ..and she left us for heavenly abode..I never got to taste it..later when I started my cooking journey being documented…I wanted to make the same..but hogweed was a distant dream for me…that is when watercress caught my eye in supermarket..similar in looks and taste too…and here is my own recipe with a few changes from original curry with hogweed

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook onion,chillies,watercress,turmeric,ginger with salt and half cup water.cook well and boil till water is reduced well.add coconut milk and mix well.bring to quick boil and remove from heat.
* Step 3
Pour a tsp of coconut oil and mix well.serve hot with rice….
