Avocado Caprese Salad

A Mexican twist on an Italian classic: avocado adds a touch of sweetness that goes quite well with the Balsamic vinegar! An instant favorite at home! #12plates

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the tomatoes and the Mozzarella into eight slices each and arrange on plate: one slice of tomato on top of each slice of cheese.

* Step 2

Add chunks of avocado (one avocado should be plenty for both servings). Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.

* Step 3

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
