#GoldenApron23 #week6 #icecreamcones It was so lovely experience making super quick yet crisp & delicious ice cream cones at home .I have also tried the coloured cone which was equally delicious & attractive.the aroma & flavour of cones was all worth trying it.And the best part about it is we can prepare the cones and store in airtight container for about 4-5 days in case if you feel it’s a bit soggy then don’t worry the stale cones can be reheated in microwave for about 30 seconds on high mode it turns out fresh & crispy again once it’s at room temperature .make sure to keep the cone shape in proper form so we need to stand the Cone in cup or a glass which is microwave safe so the shape of cone is maintained ..!

4-5 tablespoons

powdered sugar

2 tablespoons

melted butter

2 tablespoons

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly sliced butter popped it in microwave for 30 seconds add in wet ingredients together the vanilla essence & milk stir it & set aside

Further make powder of sugar using mixer grinder add it in a bowl crack an egg now whisk it until smooth & creamy consistency sugar must be dissolved completely

Now add in the sifted all-purpose flour & the wet ingredients together finally drop a pinch of salt now the cone batter is ready to spread

Take a nonstick pan drizzle 2 drops oil wipe it well with a tissue now spread the batter using a scoop spoon spread it evenly in circulation using the handle of pan to ensure its spread in round shape and main step let it cook on medium flame burner

Once it starts to bubble and the corners are golden brown carefully flip it and cook for more 1 minute once you remove it immediately shape it in cones as shown in the video below

For a change and attractive cone I have added 2 drops of blue food colour to the same batter of cone mix it well and spread it on pan in similar fashion

Cook on both sides evenly let it cool completely then store it in an airtight container

Whenever we want to relish it pop in scoops of ice cream generously and serve it cool I personally love strawberry ice cream after baskin robins I love London dairy to enjoy ice cream at home.the first cone I tried was a bit odd in shape later it turned out perfectly fine.the wafer of cone tasted exactly like store brought one’s..!
