Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & Peel ripen mangoes blend it until it’s a smooth purée set it freezer for about 20-25 minutes.besides take a sauce pan add milk to boil next make a slurry of cornflour with cool milk without lumps

* Step 2

Once the milk is boiled well add condensed milk mix it well then add the milk powder stir until fully combined now add the cornflour slurry gradually keep stirring to avoid bottom getting burnt

Once it turns thick off the flame burner add vanilla & mango essence keep stirring for 5 minutes to avoid the thick layer make it evenly smooth until it’s cooled down to room temperature

The texture of the rabdi is seems as the picture below swipe the finger on the spatula and it doesn’t spill it’s perfect consistency finally add cooled mangoes purée mix it well

Garnish with strands of saffron chopped nuts and few spoons of mangoes purée.
