Ingredient

20-25 minutes
3-4 tablespoons

cornflour

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon

vanilla essence

1 tablespoon

dried rose petals

2 tablespoons

tutti frutti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a clean heavy bottom wok add milk let it boil 2 times scraping the sides to form malai further add sweetened condensed milk,cardamoms powder mix it now take cornflour add some room temperature milk mix it without lumps gradually add in milk keep stirring continuously.

* Step 2

Add few strands of saffron let it cook for few minutes on medium flame burner. make sure to check it’s not sticking to the bottom as it may spoil the taste of the dessert. finally switch off the flame burner and add vanilla essence mix it pop it in a serving dish garnish with tutti frutti,rose petals,saffron & nuts generously.

Once it’s cooled in refrigerator for about 2 hours serve it cool.our drooling & delicious Kashmiri malai rabdi is ready to relish..!
