Note:- in the last picture I have shown if you would love lot enjoy protein powder, as usual, it’s fine otherwise once it’s warm we can prepare semi-circular pieces. as in I have used a collapsible scoop to check it came out awesome..!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

4 tablespoons

pure ghee

3 tablespoons

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly grate jaggery set aside blend oats flour to coarse form further take a nonstick pan drizzle ghee generously & add oats flour roast until the raw smell disappears

* Step 2

Roast the oats flour until it’s slightly brown now add cardamom powder and sugar & off the flame burner finally add milk powder and mix it. let it cool down completely.

Our scrumptious & healthy oats & jaggery protein powder is ready to enjoy it with a cup of milk or individually take 1 tablespoon each day on empty stomach..!
