Mutton Afghani pulao

800 grams

mutton in bone

3 tablespoons

ghee

2 tablespoons

salt

2 tablespoons

oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & soak the rice set aside next chop all veggies,onions,carrots.further take a nonstick wok add in ghee fry carrots,raisins remove it next add the oil as well in the wok & sauté chopped onions until it’s translucent then add the mutton ginger garlic paste toss for a minute & salt pepper,pulao masala roast the mutton until the colour looks brown coated on mutton.

* Step 2

Add a dash of water when spices are added to avoid burning of spices.then add water & let the mutton cook until it’s tender later on add fried carrots & raisins,rice mix with light hands,add water accordingly to the quantity & quantity of rice.or else for example take for each 1 cup of rice take 2 cups of water to cook evenly.

* Step 3

Let it cook of medium flame burner for about 10 minutes later simmer for 5 minutes.our deliciously & tempting mutton Afghani pulao is ready to serve hot…!
