Ingredient

15-20 minutes prep time:-30 minutes
1 cup

dal mash

1/2 bunch

spinach (Palak)

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

2 springs

curry leaves

1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds (zeera)

2-3 tablespoons

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & soak dal for 30 minutes set aside besides wash & chop Palak leaves. Further take a pressure cooker add dal, Palak together with a glass of water cover the lid & cook for only 2 whistles & uncover the lid by de steaming it immediately. Now add the salt, pepper, green chilies & cook add coriander leaves. Let it be little juicy kind loose consistency don’t dry it completely.

* Step 2

Finally add ghee in a pan crackle cumin seeds & curry leaves drizzle over the dal toss it slightly & it’s ready.serve the delicious dal mash Palak with chapati & salad..!
