Breakfast vermicelli with cashews

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly crush & dry roast the vermicelli & set aside besides in a Kadhai add ghee /oil then roast cashews & remove it next in the same oil add curry leaves,cumin,mustard seeds sauté it further
* Step 2
Add onions sauté until slightly golden next add the chopped tomatoes cook until mashed now pop the vermicelli & all spices with water stir well & cover for 3-5 minutes.finally add vinegar,coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Pop it in a serving bowl add the cashews and relish it hot in breakfast meal looks delicious …!
