Though it’s not a traditional recipe of uae but being a resident of uae in my personal experience I have Alhumdulillah relished lots of food like mandi,madfoon,Madhabi,madghoot,mahsub,manakish(Arabic bread),falafel,shawarma everything is part of gulf cuisine.since,it’s about visitors flying to new place wants to try something delicious & healthy.so,yeah it’s one of my favourite restaurant in uae (JUICE WORLD) which have lots of appetising food available I would highly recommend to give it a try.I love it each time but this time I have tried it at home & it’s equally tempting & delish…!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & Peel apples,bananas and other all fruits can be chopped in desired shapes then toss with fruit cream.gradually take a serving cup add first layer of 1 tablespoon of diced pears,next apple gradually
* Step 2
Add all fruits in layers except banana drizzle some rooh afza syrup finally set banana as shown in picture below then add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top then drizzle some rooh afza syrup.
* Step 3
Serve it immediately our delicious & tempting fruit salad with ice cream is ready to relish….!
