Note :- the centre part of lauki the seeds can be fried with spices & relished looks delicious so no need to discard..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & grate kaddu remove the centre part and grate it pop in cold water set aside.next wash & soak sago seeds for about an hour prior using.also mix custard with cold milk.further take a heavy bottom wok add milk let it boil once then add cardamoms powder,sweetened condensed milk,sago seeds,lauki squeeze water well and add it,green food colour mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes.then add the custard mix.
* Step 2
Cook for few minutes then let it cool for about 2 hours then serve it chilled with garnishing of nuts …!
