Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix cornflour with water prepares a slurry set aside. Crack two eggs whisk well until fully combined. further boil water in a big wok add Ching’s stock once it’s boiling hot add cornflour slurry.
* Step 2
Then take wholes ladle then simply rotate and drop egg mix don’t stir immediately once it’s cooked it will float up and form a lovely layer cook for a minute and it’s done.
* Step 3
Pop it in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves. our deliciously awesome Ching’s egg drop soup is ready to relish..!
