gram flour

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

crushed cumin seeds

1 tablespoon

Coriander leaves

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1-1/2 glass

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly sieve gram flour & semolina to remove any residues then pop it in a bowl add all ingredients with spices & water mix it cover the lid & let it rest for 30 minutes.then check the consistency it must be like rava dosa batter.

Warm up a griddle on stove top and set it on medium flame burner drizzle some oil & add two ladles full batter and spread it evenly let it cook for 2 minutes each side until it’s golden then remove it gradually prepare all

Set it on serving plate with tomato ketchup & relish the delicious breakfast on the go …!
