Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes prep time:- 15 minutes
1/2 cup

milk

2 tablespoons

ghee

3-4 tablespoons

sugar

2 tablespoons

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & grate lauki drain all the water well. Further take a wok add Lauki sauté for 2 minutes until raw smell disappears next add milk & let it turn soft.after that add ghee, sugar,milk powder,cardamom powder,coconut powder,green food color mix until fully combined.

* Step 2

Further keep stirring and cook until ghee separates then off the flame and pop it in a greased container immediately spread it with a spatula and garnish with strands of saffron & cashews.let it rest for around 30 minutes meanwhile after 15 minutes add marks for pieces.

* Step 3

Our deliciously awesome Lauki ki methai is ready to relish..! Can be stored for about a 3-5 days in an air tight container..!
