Chicken seekh kebabs

Can be prepared using mutton mins,chicken Mins.Mostly this must be with little fats of meat people avoid it for health issues but without fat it will be very dry & can’t be prepared properly . So let’s get started:-

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & clean chicken mins drain water completely then mix all spices & other ingredients let it rest for about an hour to prepare instantly.if not In hurry can marinate for 3-4 hours.further pulse this material in blender for 2-3 times.now take wooden skewers & roll kebabs with palms.

* Step 2

Take a nonstick pan drizzle oil & set all skewers and fry until colour changes. Once all are golden & Fried well remove it & smoke a coin of charcoal add a spoon of ghee cover it.

* Step 3

Pop it on a serving plate garnish with coriander leaves & salad serve it hot. Our deliciously awesome chicken sheek kebabs are ready to relish…!
