A scrumptious & delicious starter for any occasion or family time . Can be prepared using mutton mins,chicken Mins.Mostly this must be with little fats of meat people avoid it for health issues but without fat it will be very dry & can’t be prepared properly . So let’s get started:-

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & clean chicken mins drain water completely then mix all spices & other ingredients let it rest for about an hour to prepare instantly.if not In hurry can marinate for 3-4 hours.further pulse this material in blender for 2-3 times.now take wooden skewers & roll kebabs with palms.
* Step 2
Take a nonstick pan drizzle oil & set all skewers and fry until colour changes. Once all are golden & Fried well remove it & smoke a coin of charcoal add a spoon of ghee cover it.
* Step 3
Pop it on a serving plate garnish with coriander leaves & salad serve it hot. Our deliciously awesome chicken sheek kebabs are ready to relish…!
