* Step 1
Pick a pressure cooker pop in the chopped onions,chopped tomatoes,all spices with oil,mutton 1/2 glass water.cover the lid & cook until 3 whistles.Besides mix gram flour with water without lumps and set aside for 5 minutes. Can also sieve it if you find lumps.further sauté the gravy until oil separates then add the soaked gram flour keep stirring continuously.
* Step 2
Can adjust the consistency accordingly this will be towards medium thick consistency. Add Garam masala powder,coriander leaves set it on low flame burner for 5 minutes & it’s done. Our delicious kadi gosht is ready to relish with fried fish & white rice a perfect combination.
