Carrots walnuts fried rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash and chop spring onions set aside besides wash and Peel off the skin and grate carrots take California walnuts as required and roughly chop them and set aside further take a pan add ghee to it next tempering with cumin seeds,bay leave for 1 minute.
* Step 2
Further pop in the grated carrots sauté for 2 minutes on high flame don’t burn it next add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts sauté for 1 more minute then pop in the chopped spring onions and all spices
* Step 3
Lastly add schezwan chutney for incredible flavor mix well and add cooked basmati rice toss it well and white vinegar,few coriander leaves and it’s done.
* Step 4
Add in a bowl Pop it on a serving plate in restaurant style garnish with few spring onions greens,coriander leaves,few roasted California walnuts and serve it hot …!
