Smokey keema
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & drain the water out of keema set aside further take a pan add gram flour dry roast it until aromatic and remove it. Make sure not to burn it.
* Step 2
Now take the Keema and pop in all spices as shown in the picture below mix well until fully combined cover it for sometime to marinate. (If you have time can marinate it for 30 minutes)
* Step 3
Now roughly chopped onions and take a wok or Kadhai add oil to it and sauté onions until golden brown then pop in the marinated keema then add 1/2 cup water mix well and cover the lid to cook for 10 minutes
* Step 4
Uncover the lid and keep cooking until oil separates and add coriander leaves too. Once it is done then off the flame burner and make a small cup with foil sheet and keep it on keema then burn a coin of charcoal set it on foil cup
* Step 5
Now add a teaspoon of ghee and immediately cover the lid for 5 minutes it will infuse all the smoke in it after 5 minutes remove it and add the keema in serving bowl our deliciously awesome Smokey keema is ready to relish with rice or chapatis either..!
